We couldn’t attend the vigil for #reganrussell today, and our hearts have been heavy for her soul, her family, our friends who were there, and the entire worldwide activist community since getting that call Friday morning. There’s been many a time a truck drove aggressively towards us at vigils in years past, and the very thought of what occurred is beyond chilling. It’s horrifying. We spent some time with our dear pig family tonight, thinking about and honouring the beautiful Regan, who was an indefatigable defender of animal rights - animals like the ones who now live here. Sending love to everyone. Love to the pigs she tried to help and bring awareness to that morning, and love to Regan. Love especially from Tilly, Jasper, and Jasmine who are here today because of pure souls like her. #reganrussellvigil #veganforregan
